Compliance Supervisor - BYUH Office of Compliance and Internal Audit ServicesThis position is designed for recently graduated students of BYU-Hawaii seeking a 40-hour per week job who can commit to 12 months of employment. This position is responsible to assist with supporting University compliance programs under the direction of the University Compliance Officer.
Duties may include; supervising, mentoring, and evaluating one or more student workers (Compliance Associates); directly assisting the Compliance Officer of BYU-Hawaii, supporting the University's General Counsel, preparing material for BYU-Hawaii's Working Compliance Committee and Executive Compliance Committee, conducting surveys and interviews, documenting business process and control risks, evaluating control activities designed to mitigate risks, reporting issues and concerns in formal memos, developing compliance self-assessment tools, documenting all work to professional standards, and other supporting roles within the department.
